• Dr. Darshan Shah, will deliver the same presentation as he did at Singularity University last fall! By special invitation from Ron Carson (who saw him at SU), he’ll share his wisdom on the secrets to increasing your longevity and provide actionable steps for your life to increase mental clarity, energy, and physical and emotional health—all things you need to keep growing your firm!
• Kelsey Ruwe, Vice President of Talent at Carson, will discuss how to manage performance, from your star performers to your associates who need some extra help to get on the path to success. She’ll share lessons learned as the head of HR/Talent for Carson and how you can apply her expertise and findings in your own firm, regardless of the size.
• Joe Steuter, Head of PR and Communications at Carson, will discuss Building an Influencer Brand: Earning Trust with Earned Media. As the relationship between businesses and consumers grows ever more skeptical, trust and engagement have never been harder to earn – and even easier to lose. Advisors, in particular, find themselves in the middle of this conversation as financial services struggles to convey a trustworthy reputation with the investing public. In this session, Joe will explain how advisors and their teams can follow a few fundamental steps to establish an engaging conversation with their clients while elevating their brand, improving their reputation, and attracting new clients.
• Jim Caldwell and Teresa Milner, both Wealth Advisors at Carson Wealth Management Group, will role play the Prospect to New Client Experience they use to draw in, convert and add value to all prospective clients. They’ll share everything from how they open with “genuine talk” (versus small talk) and fact finding, the process they follow to showcase value, the digital must-have tools, how to authentically “close” the deal without any artificial sales tactics, and the new client onboarding process from there.
